The trusted bridge for verified university talent.
We connect forward-thinking clients with motivated students for high-quality, internship-level project delivery.
The Traditional Gap
Traditional freelance platforms are crowded with generic bids, agency markups, and unpredictable quality. Clients seeking nimble, cost-effective help on prototypes or projects are overwhelmed.
At the same time, university students have the latest theoretical skills and dedication, but struggle to land their first professional portfolio credit.
The Student Bridge
Let Hire Student creates a clean, transparent space. We remove the noise by strictly vetting every worker: only enrolled students over 18 can offer services.
Clients post opportunities for just 100 ETB, reaching thousands of verified students with zero commission on hires. Students keep 100% of what they earn.
Principles that make the platform work
Strict operational rules designed to preserve high trust and accountability.
1. Real Verification Only (18+)
Students must submit official university enrollment letters and a government national ID confirming their age. Personal emails are verified for reliable communication.
2. Exactly One Portfolio Per Field
Students may hold portfolios in different fields (e.g. Graphic Design vs Software Development), but duplicate portfolios within the same discipline are banned to maintain focus.
3. 100 ETB Pay-Per-Post & 100% Free for Students
Students never pay a cent — keep 100% of what you earn with zero commission on hires. Clients pay an affordable flat 100 ETB fee per listing to eliminate spam and protect authenticity.
4. Direct Campus Targeting
Clients can target opportunities to specific departments or academic institutions across Ethiopia, connecting directly with specialized student cohorts.
